Communication really is the key. When did we all stop really talking to each other. We spend so much time on, largely controlled, social media platforms, but the impact of a direct, personal conversation can never be beaten. I have worked for large corporations and the government, with large employee dining areas, where I observe that almost everyone is staring at a phone screen. So I ask, when did we all stop really talking to each other?

There are no generic one-suits-all downloaded pdfs here, as everyone has their unique road to travel and needs their unique map. No high octane stage performances with a message for everyone, which overlooks the different energies and personalities in the room, so all my sessions are live sessions.

We most definitely learn best, when we learn together. Together, we share ideas and comments about self-awareness and self-development, of your personal, or your business life. At the end of each month, I also host a free, larger group session, for you to share your experiences. I have always been a great advocate of how self-knowledge increases by people simply listening to others.

I worked in Strategic Change Management for over 30 years, and have set up and run multiple businesses, including an Advertising, Marketing and Strategic Change agency. I was heavily involved in the Government's complex strategic change management of the NHS Hospitals to Trust status, the GPs becoming GP Fundholders, and the opening of the school system for privatisation. I retired at 40, chasing the illusive dream, but after taking 5 years off sailing, I couldn't resist the pull of what I do best - working with people to spot opportunities, and liabilities, and guiding them to enable their work and private lives, or business, to thrive and prosper.
